    This charge is for the Gutenverse PRO Add-on, which is a separate product from the free plugin.

    Update:
    Our records show that your subscription was renewed automatically, and the cancellation request was received after the renewal date. As a result, the charge for the renewed period is reflected as per our standard policy.

    Our no-refund policy for automatic renewals is outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which are available to review and agree to before purchase. This helps ensure transparency and consistency for all users.
