    I am getting the

    Unauthorized Access
You do not have the rights to manage this Event.

We have set it to allow anonymous submissions and we have setup a dummy user default as subscriber, as well as set rights delete, edit, read events, edit locations and upload images.

I have gone through all of the docs and support threads and nothing seems to be working. We really need this function, so can you help me get through this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I see that you got it working. I get the add event form when I go to your submit page.

Well no. We had not made any additional changes since I sent this, then out of the blue the form now appears to non-logged in users, as you saw. However, now when a non registered user tries to add an event, upon submit it errors with “trying to perform an illegal action”.

This shouldn’t be this difficult. What is the issue now? Here are the assigned user capabilities. http://www.b2bexecute.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/user-capabilities.png

I tried the link above and seems to be working fine now?

    eg
“You have successfully submitted your event, and it is pending approval.”

Once again, we didn’t change anything and now it seems to be working. This is concerning and confusing that this system is this buggy. I guess we will see what happens when we launch.

    Hello,

It’s possible that it might just be a cache issue that’s why it doesn’t work at first? Please let us know if future if it still happens.
