After updating to the latest version, Fluent forms plugin stopped working for us. No form can be submitted – the message “Unauthorized access” appears. We tried Elementor form and it sometimes crashes there too. After deactivating your plugin, the problem disappeared.

This only happens for logged out users. If I am logged in as admin, the form can be submitted.

It’s happening to us on multiple sites. Version 5.4.8.8 is OK

    Where could the problem be?

    Answer from Fluent Forms Support

“Thanks for reaching out to WP ManageNinja Support and identifying the conflict.

It appears that Calculated Fields Form is restricting the Fluent Forms submission request for logged-out users. Since the restriction is coming from that plugin, it would be helpful to consult its support team so they can investigate why it is blocking the public fluentform_submit AJAX action.

In the meantime, keeping Calculated Fields Form deactivated should allow Fluent Forms submissions to work normally.”

    Hello @nations112,

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

The fix for this issue was released immediately in version 5.4.9.0. However, due to WordPress’s current plugin distribution policy, new releases are not available through automatic updates until approximately 24 hours after they are published.

In the meantime, you can install the latest version manually by downloading it from the plugin page:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/calculated-fields-form/

If you are using the plugin advanced versions, you can install the update directly from WordPress menu option “Dashboard>Updates”

After updating the plugin, please clear your website’s cache and let me know if the issue persists.

    Best regards.
