    I have installed the plugin and the extension and I cannot import any product. It always comes out that the website is not authorized.

    Hi,

    If you use Apache, please add below lines to .htaccess file:
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{HTTP:Authorization} ^(.*)
    RewriteRule .* – [e=HTTP_AUTHORIZATION:%1]

    If it does not work, please also add below line:
    SetEnvIf Authorization “(.*)” HTTP_AUTHORIZATION=$1

    If you use Nginx, please ask your host provider for help.

    I’m having same problem when trying to import products (red error with text “Unauthorized)”. Unfortunately these apache rules didn’t work.

    @mulonpomm,
    Maybe it conflicts with other rules.
    Can you make a test by removing all other rules from your Apache config file and only keep the above rules?

    You should not post these information here for security purpose.
    When you see the unauthorized error, there’s an alternative way is to use secret key. Please try it.

    Even if I try to import through the key I get “Can not retrieve data.
    – Service unavailable. Please try again later”.
    If it is through the other authentication I get “Unauthorized”. Does not it work for Brazil? Tks! 😉
