    all my photos except 3 appear as (Unattached) on the media section

    i only had 20 photos. so uploaded all of them again using the plugin, then went to every post .

    clicked on the image, then clicked replace and replaced it with the new uploaded one .

    they are working on the website, but that Unattached makes me very worry

    why they appear as Unattached . and how to fix that

    I don’t think there is anything to worry about. According to this article, https://en.support.wordpress.com/media/unattached-files/, unattached simply means the file is not attached to a post or page. I can create an unattached image by upload an image file directly to the Media Library. And if I click on the attach link when viewing the Media Library in list view, I get to choose a post or page to attach it to. In testing Media Library Plus over the last 12 months I have never had any problems with unattached files. Those file are on the server and in the Media Library and are available to be inserted into pages and posts.

    but all the images are attached to posts,
    looks like my previous video wasn’t clear because all the photos included
    i made new simple video.

    I see nine images on the page. Are there any images that you have inserted on the page that cannot be displayed?

    well i found the issue fix.

    first the answer to you question is :
    they are displayed and working perfectly . but the media see them as they are not attached to anything while they are .

    the fix is : delete the image then add it use “add media” button( i used the replace button before)

    the suspected reason for the issue : using replace photo instead of add media
