    Hi,

I had a problem with generating invoices, probably due to my logo being in PNG format. When I swapped the logo to JPG the invoices were generated in the preview window again. However, when I click on the icon in the order list to generate the invoice, there is a error message “Exception: UnableToOpenBlob `file:///home/xxx/xxx.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/eshop-xxx-logo.png’: No such file or directory @ error/blob.c/OpenBlob/2960“. It seems like it is still trying to fetch the png image, although I have swapped it for the jpg version. Is there some kind of cache I could empty?

Generating the packing slip works, both in preview window and in the order list! Error only appears when generating invoices.

Same issue when changing to default template.

    Thanks, Phil

    Hi @philonbass,

Yes, by default, we save the store info and the PDF invoices settings in the order data, for fiscal historical matters, so if you change some details in the future, e.g. your store address, your old orders are not affected.

However, if you are still configuring your invoicing, you could temporarily activate the Test mode, under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices >General.

See: Show PDF documents with the latest settings.

I’m glad to hear that, @philonbass!

If you don’t mind and have the time, do you think you could leave us a review?

Thanks in advance and all the best with your store!

    Hi @sifatbabu,

It is likely that you have updated your logo, and deleted the previous one, so your old invoices are triggering this error.

The easiest way to fix this is to temporarily enabling the Test mode, under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices >General, but please note that this setting also override your shop name and address in those orders (if you have updated them, too).
