Unable to view plugins that are installed

Hi

I have migrated a site to my server to check it and test it.

But over half the plugins do not show as installed in WordPress see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/TZUZjS2uPPf and then on the server: https://www.screencast.com/t/TB5tqbO8spC

And then I tried installing ‘Health Check’ plugin, see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/K06LhLz8tSVq, as you can see from the screenshot above it, is not there.

The plugins I can see will install, except Jetpack which gives this error: https://www.screencast.com/t/cla0oolMf and in full https://www.screencast.com/t/ZpgIskKJeeWg

I have the server company checking the file path, but they are saying there is nothing wrong with the installation on their server.

If I use a default theme like 2020 the same errors occur… this is all a bit of a mystery to me!!
