Unable to Verify Human Repeatedly

I installed this plugin a few months ago and within 48 hours a user reported they can’t log in through wp-login, they get the checkbox but despite checking it, it still says “unable to verify you are human” so I deactivated the plugin for a while. Now a few months later I thought I would try it again and within 72 hours another user has written me to say they can’t log in, they get the checkbox, they check it and it still says unable to verify you are human. This is on wp-login. I had turnstile on a wpforms login but that was a complete malfunction 100% of the time everyone was unable to verify they were human so I turned it off there within a few hours of turning it on. Just wanted to report it, since I am not locked out of wp-login myself I can’t trouble shoot nor use this plugin if it won’t allow humans to check the box and enter the site.
