Unable to update on Windows Hosting

I have successfully installed WordPress on a Windows Server.
Everything works regularly; I can upload content, install themes and plugins.
Here my checklist of action performed:
– The permissions on the directories “WP-content” were settled correctly; Full control for user web server credentials.
– ‘WP_TEMP_DIR’ is defined on “wp-config.php” file. Full control for the dir
– Ownership of all WP files is modified from FTP account to the user under which your web server executes (as: http://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress)
When I try to update WordPress to 4.3 or a plugin, after the request of FTP credentials, an “Access Denied” error is returned.
Can anyone give me a checklist how to set for Hosting on Windows Server?
