Unable to unsubscribe from topic

    Hello. I am unable to unsubscribe from this thread “premium-addons-for-elementor” for some reason.

    I followed the instructions of unsubscribing using the subscription list on my profile, it says I am currently not subscribed to anything.

    I also pressed the unsubscribe button that is on the the top left of the thread page. When I click the button it still says unsubscribe afterwards so I don’t know if its working.

    I’ve been trying to fix this for days and I am still getting the email notifications. I tried doing in multiple browsers.

    Not sure what I am not doing correctly it seems like a bug?

    Unfortunately this is still a problem. I just received 5 email notifications from https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/premium-addons-for-elementor/ for responses to that topic.

    Is there anything else I can try to fix this?

    @justaquark Do you have another account that is perhaps subscribed to that forum? Maybe with a different email address which is being forwarded to you?

    No I only have one other email address that I have used and I checked and there is no account for it.

    So email forwarding is not the culprit.

    Any other possible reasons, perhaps a cache issue somewhere?

    No, there really aren’t any other possible reasons. If you’re getting emails, then you are subscribed to them. If it’s not on this account, then it’s on another account. Pretty straightforward, that. Cache really doesn’t have a lot to do with it here.

    If you want to forward me an email with the full headers, then I’ll take a look and see what I can find from it. otto at this domain
