Unable to start course

    I currently have LearnPress and PaidMembership Pro setup.
    I have a course created with lessons, and it has a membership setting enabled.
    When I go to the course page, in the top it has a button to CONTINUE
    When I click CONTINUE, I get to the first lesson page.
    The first lesson page says, the content is for members only with a JOIN NOW button.

    I’ve doubled checked, and the customer account has the correct membership, and the course has the correct level of membership defined.

    Am I missing a setting somewhere that is preventing a member from accessing the course?

    Hi,

    Please go to LearnPress -> Order then check the status of the order and be sure the order status is completed.

    Yes, they are all complete.

    The accounts have the access to the course.
    The membership level has the course selected.

    That issue is related to our premium addon so please create a topic on our support system, and our developer will check for you. This forum only supports for LearnPress, not the premium add-on.
