I’m unable to setup WooCommerce Square plugin on my clients website. I’m following the documentation, however Square is not showing on the Woocommerce ‘Integration’ tab.

The website is on Bluehost and it has SSL on it.

    Hi there!

If you are not able to see the integration tab, that may be a conflict with a security plugin running on your site or on your server. I would start by deactivating any related plugins and trying again.

If that doesn’t do the trick, you may want to try deleting all of the plugins, for just a moment, while you attempt to complete the setup.

If those two options do not work, then we’ll need to take a deeper look via ticket.

Could you please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets? You may need to create an account. We will be able to help you further there.

Please copy the forum URL of https://wordpress.org/support/topic/unable-to-setup-plugin/ into your ticket. Thanks!

    Hi @mvdelrosario,

I thought I’d add another response as I’ve actually seen this come up when using another extension that uses the Integration tab, in my case it was ShipStation. What do you see currently in the Integration tab and do you know the plugin adding settings there?

If so, try disabling that plugin to see if the Square settings then will show up in the Integration tab. Let us know what you find.

    Hi again,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
