Unable to select date or time

Hi there,

I have an issue where the calendar was working only yesterday but suddenly I am unable to select either a date or time for the plugin.

As I say this was working yesterday perfectly, but suddenly it has stopped.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have to present this website at 2pm today!
