Unable To Save Cloudflare Credentials

    I’ve installed the plugin, but it will not connect. I enter my email and global API then hit save API credentials and nothing happens. I am using PHP 5.6. I’ve even disabled plugins to see if that was an issue, but still nothing happens. I’m beyond frustrated.

    Hi @tailoredfilter,

    This is the second time we’ve seen this bug. We don’t have a root cause yet though. What we know is since you’re able to load the login page GET requests are working. Our assumption is something on your server is blocking POST requests since the submission of the API credentials is the first POST request you make in the App.

    If you tail the PHP error logs when you try to login are there any errors?

    I was finally able to login. I’m no where near a tech savvy person, so all of what you mentioned totally went over my head. Lol. Hopefully it doesn’t disconnect. Thank you for your response. I appreciate it.

    If you’re able to log in successfully it should be fine, once you log in we save your credentials to the database and if they exist the next time it will automatically log you in.

    Are you aware of anything you did differently? Can you tell me what browser and what version of the browser you’re using?
