Unable to Rename Table

Hello,

I cannot seem to rename my tables. I have tried various avenues, but with out any luck. At the table list, there is the pencil icon next to the name thinking that I could rename it there, but it does not have link attached to it. If I go into edit the table, I can change the name of the table there, click save but then when I go back to the list, it remains the original table name.
