Unable to register for updates

    Hi there,

    I’ve not been able to register for updates to run a full scan on site.

    Two sites in question are http://www.camplight.co.uk and staging14.camplight.co.uk

    I’ve registered in the sidebar but it comes back with “Your Installation Key is not yet Registered!” But when I click register below it comes up again. I’ve been able to login to my account but that doesn’t solve the updates issue.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi John,
    I see your registration for http://www.staging14.camplight.co.uk but not for staging14.camplight.co.uk or http://www.camplight.co.uk, are you clicking the “Get FREE Key!” button and then using the pre-filled key in the registration for on these other two sites?

    You can also contact me directly through my email link or on my own support forums for account/registration support (links are on the right sidebar in the Anti-Malware Setting page in your wp-admin).

    I am using the get free key button. It is the http://www.staging14.camplight.co.uk site that I’m most concerned about at the moment.
