Unable to register as job seeker

Hi,
I have using this plugin for job management. i really like the functionalities. thank you for giving wonderful plugin like this. i have a query regarding the registration. while i click on the registration button(as a job seeker) , its showing Registration is disabled by admin, please contact to system administrator message. I have enabled the membership as any one can register. but its showing same error. please let me know any suggestions for resolving the same.
