Unable to open wordpress dashboard

    I was hacked and ever since that happened, I wasn’t able to open my wordpress dashboard. I’ve tried different ways to change my wordpress password such as:

    1.phpAdmin (MD5)
    2.MySqL
    3. Requested for a new password to be sent on my email. (I wasn’t able to receive any confirmation)

    But I still can’t open my wordpress dashboard.
    Please, I need your help. Thanks!

    Are you using this URL for logging in: http://www.whatyvonneloves.com/wp-login.php ?

    Exactly what happens when you try to login?

    Did you find your user id in the users table?

    Are you the only user in both the users and usersmeta tables?

    Being able to view your dashboard is not a requirement before you begin to repair your site. You may have to follow the guide in your previous post before you can login to your dashboard.

    Ok, I figured it out. At last. Thanks 🙂 There’s a theme that was installed. Do you have a guide on what I should do to protect and clean my site? Thanks @wslade
