Unable to navigate or select events

    Our site is running WP 6.1.1 with Simple Calendar 3.1.36.

    As of late, we are not able to navigate to previous or next month (navigation arrows are non responsive). Same with events. We used to be able to click on an event and have it bring up event information. That is no longer the case.

    We have done the following to test:
    – Removed the plugin, and reinstalled the new version
    – Changed the Google Calendar API key
    – Cleared the plugin cache
    – Contacted the theme creator, who indicated it is in the calendar plugin

    It seems right after the last few WP updates was when we noticed this issue. Unknown if those are related.
