What error message do you get? You can always look at the database and see what the password is directly (it’s clear text for the time being)… also, and I know this is dumb, but make sure caps lock isn’t on 🙂

i am sure the password is correct, i also tryed to copy and paste it. No error messages at all, just that when i fill in the details and click on ‘login’ it just seems to resfresh the page, and clears the fields.
I made a new database to install wordpress on, still same thing. Starting to think that there is a problem with my server and sessions. Kinda stumped

nevermind, there was a problem with the sessions settnings in my server’s php.ini file.

hey anonymous, can you tell me more about how to work on thi problem?
I am having the same problem, it just refreshes.
And what is stranger, it tells me that the username “admin” does not exist.
Any ideas?
