Unable to login while overseas

Hi there
Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times before but I’m not able to understand why I an unable to log in to my dad’s account while overseas. We are based in NZ and currently in the UK. When we attempt to log in (yes with the correct username and password) we are presented with an error form but without any error message explaining what the error is.
I’ve opened up the developer tool in the browser to see if I can find any additional info but as above the error is initiated but no detail to explain what’s going on.
I have screenshots if that helps.
As far as we’ve been told there is no plugin installed or setting that has been used to block external country access so are at a loss.
Appreciate any help you are able to offer.

I have a feeling you may have a security plugin active, like iThemes Security. One of the options there is to hide error messages, that’s why it’s empty.
I would try clearing your cache first, sometimes cookies can prevent successful login. If that doesn’t work, you would need to disable security plugin via FTP. Some security rule may be triggered, blocking your access. It may be not your location, but rather wifi/network that triggered some security rule.
FYI, your website is showing 503 error.
