Unable to Login

I’ve installed WordPress through Godaddy, with whom I hold my domain and hosting, but I can’t login to WordPress.

All the login page does is refresh when I try. I’ve contacted Godaddy and they said they can login fine, so it mut be a problem on my end. I’ve tried different computers, different browsers, I’ve tried deleting cookies and cache, changing password, deleted plugins, nothing is working.

Can anyone help? I’ve never been in WordPress, it’s never once allowed me. I really need to get my site built and am currently unable.
