Unable to log in

I am unable to log in even though I have reset my password, so the password is not the issue. I don’t get any error message, the login button just keeps spinning.

In the network tab I can see that the page is trying to call the admin-ajax.php with the action “us_ajax_login” but is getting a 403 error back.

I need to retrieve my API key to be able to update to the latest plugin version.
