    Of all my years this is one of the most frustrating plugin I have encountered. I just purchased pro version an I am unable to log into help desk. Password reset not working. I can get into My Account. What the hec?

    Hi @collabora,

    If it’s the first time you’ve used our new Help Desk you may need to register first of all, as described here:

    support.theeventscalendar.com/812859-Accessing-Support

    In an ideal world that would not be necessary, but unfortunately a glitch on the side of the platform provider introduced this issue. We’re actively working with them to try and resolve it.

    I hope that helps and remember that you can also reach us by email, as noted within the article I linked to above.

    I sent email to support yesterday and I haven’t received a response, not even an autoresponse confirming email received.

    I have to move on with my site. Its taking longer to get questions answered about a calendar than it is to build the rest of my site.
