Unable to Insert Media into Post

    I’m having an issue on separate WP installs centering around inserting media into posts.

    I CAN upload photos to the media gallery, but I’m unable to insert them into posts or set as featured image.

    I have reset my themes and disabled plugins, and still have this issue.

    I have this issue on my server and on my windows local environment.

    I have had this issue before 3.8. How do I resolve?
