Unable to Import Products CSV using template

    Hello,

    We have just installed this product catalog plugin and are trying to add products via the CSV file export / import method.

    We download the provided CSV file template as a starting point, then we add some sample products.

    When we import the CSV file we keep getting presented with an error “please only upload CSV files” even though we are simply importing the provided CSV file.

    Very frustrating that this is not working, catalog itself looks good and operation seems fast, but we have 100 products to add !

    Please help ASAP

    Hi There,

    I have provided download links to two files that do not work

    Simple-products (4) is just the plain downloaded template that i added one test product to, it fails upload and says “upload only CSV files”

    Simple-products (5) is an export of the catalog that i added sample test products to, it fails upload and says “upload only CSV files”

    Hello @gdownie,

    Thank you for the files. I tested both files and it worked fine for me.

    What other plugins do you have active?

    Can you please disable them and test if the import works?
