    Well we have used a test domain, a clean WordPress install to test a new installation and everything worked perfectly.

    So I would kindly ask you to ask your hosting company to give you an error log of your website.

    It may show any potential errors.
    We will try to find a solution!

    I have searched a bit about your problem.

    The Error logs will really help you

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-log-viewer/ try this plugin please .

    I hope that will help you understanding the errors.
    Also
    you can find all the demo content files inside this theme. Go to the theme folder
    “fashionable-store” > demo-data” and all the files are listed in there.

    There are 2 demos if you watch carefully. So
    you can try the following data:

    – fashionablestore.wordpress.2018-06-14.xml for import the content
    – fashionable-store-export.dat (for import the customizer settings ) that needs an plugin which imports the customizer settings
    – akisthemes.info-demos-fashionable-store-widgets.wie for the widgets (this needs and additional plugin “Widget importer / Exporter”)

    Dear @sacdamour2018 I will mark this issue as resolved
    As far as I understood it was a server issue where it did not allow to import from external URLS.

    If you have any other issues, please start a new thread and I will be happy to serve you.
