Unable to import coupons

    Hi,

    I am facing issues with importing the coupons. I am able to import and upload it on your demo live site. It does not show the any rows(https://ibb.co/jjWofF) unlike your live demo site.

    I am using the same CSV for both the demo live site and my site. I was able to get it working on the previous version (1.1.9).

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi @jjoldman,

    Please check if any warnings/errors are logged into csv-import log file under WooCommerce -> System Status -> Logs -> csv-import

    Can you please check anything is logged in server error log.?

    Hi mujeebur,

    I’ve checked the server log there isn’t any error there(not sure if it is my host server settings).

    However one interesting fact I found is whenever I run the coupon import, it keeps showing “07-05-2017 @ 09:49:24 – Finished processing Orders.” instead of “06-28-2017 @ 09:01:03 – Finished processing coupons.” although I ran the coupon import and not the orders import.

    Please advise where else I can look for to troubleshoot. Thanks!

    Hi @jjoldman,

    I have tested this with latest version 1.2.0 and it’s working fine. Also the message in the log are all about importing coupons. Please check if any JavaScript error is happening while importing by enabling developer console( Press F12 in browser).
    Let me know the findings.

    Hi @mujeebur,

    I finally managed to solved the issue. I did a fresh install of wordpress, woocommerce and Order / Coupon / Subscription Export Import Plugin for WooCommerce. Everything worked great!

    So I tried to disable plugins one by one and it seems that there is conflict with this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/download-manager. As long as the download manager plugin is active, the coupon import always fail.

    Once the plugin is deactivated I am able to import coupons successfully.
