Unable to Import Backup Migraton

    Hallo, i want to migrate a Backup File to another Side, the File Size is 114MB, but when i want to import the File on the new Side the Process stays at 0,00 % and nothing is happening, the only thing i can do is to stop the Import. Any Idea what the Problem could be? Thank you very much

    Hallo, me again. After 30 minutes i see that the Migration is at 4 %. This is waaay to slow. Normally things go really fast. The Server is a fast Server.

    @annoy
    This is because of your server. This means that writing files on the disk takes a very long time.
    My advice – change your hosting provider.

    Thank you for your answer. I tried this now on another Server for a test where i did this process quit a few times and it the same slow process.

    I’m having the same problem. It’s stuck at 0.00% and not moving. The server has completed this before on a number of occasions without any problems so it can’t be that..

    Hallo Yani, tryed it with 3 diffrent big Hosters here in Germany, 1&1, Strato and DomainFactory, and with all i have the same Problem, it cant be the Host. Any news for us?

    Sorry for taking that long to reply.
    This issue is server related as I said above. It might not be obvious after using the plugin on a few hostings but it is the server indeed.
    PHP does not have an ability to regulate the read and write speeds from and to the filesystem. The hosting, on the other hand, has to limit the reads and writes on shared servers to ensure that all of the residents on the system can read/write to the hard disk.
