unable to enable it,

Hi

I downloaded, installed,and activated, but this message:
“GZIP compression is disabled. Please go to the plugin admin page to enable GZIP compression and ..”

I click the link, it goes to <site>/wp-admin/tools.php?page=richards-toolbox-gzip, with the message: “GZIP is not enabled for https://yousogetme.com 52.6% could be saved” and nothing to click or update.

I in the Tools menu, but get the same message. (www.yousogetme.com).

How do I enable it?
