Unable to edit widgets

    I am using chrome on windows and having problems with sliding widgets into side menu. I found a few errors when I went to Javescript console:

    Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined setup.js:2
    Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined ui-custom.js:17
    Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

    Any ideas from here how to trouble shoot?

    *I have also deactivated all plugins, and installed “google libraries” to see if it could seize the problems
