Unable to delete users

Support,

We’re attempting to delete users by going to All Users -> Find Spam Users -> non-checkable users and then clicking “delete” but when the page refreshes the user is still there and is not deleted.

We’ve tested with all plugins deactivated and twenty twenty five theme active and still not able to delete user.

Can you check and implement a fix please?
