Unable to Delete Backups

    Hello – I am trying to delete unsuccessful back-ups that are stored on Google Drive. After 15 zip files being deleted, the deletion activity stops, and I have to go back in to restart it.

    Is there any way to make it so the back-ups I’ve selected continue to be deleted without me having to go in and restart it every eight minutes?

    Hi,

    Do you get any error message or does the delete process just get stuck?
    Can you also check your server error log? If there is anything that relevant to the problem.

    Thanks for the reply. I am not getting any error message. I have been trying to delete a back-up set since March 13th. It is now March 21 and Updraft Plus is still not finished deleting the files. I know I have a large site, but it seems that this process should not take so long.

    I’m not sure how to go about checking my server error log. If you could give me some direction I would give it a try.

    It sounds like something is timing out, can you ask your hosts for your php error logs?. Alternatively, you delete the files via file manager/ftp
