Unable to create template

Hi,

I have Woocommerce version 2.5.5 installed and working already.

I cannot create a Template in your plugin.

There is just the ‘Add New Template’ and ‘Cancel’ button at the bottom of the Add New Template page.

I can fill in the details, but clicking Add New Template at the bottom doesn’t save it
