Unable to create Spun Child Theme

    I have Spun theme installed and I want to install the Child Theme to make a few changes. Followed each and every step mentioned on these forums but couldn’t get it to work.

    This is my website, I want to remove the footer text.

    And the ‘Chants’ menu on the top right corner should be visible all the time.
