Unable to create page called "helpdesk"

I’m trying to set up a page with a form in it and name the page “helpdesk”. If I try to name the page “helpdesk” it goes to Bluehost’s 404 page. But if I try naming it anything else it works. ie; xhelpdesk, helpdeskx.

Couldn’t find anything about it via Google. I’ve called Bluehost but they couldn’t figure it out either.
