I fixed the issue myself.
I edited plugin/hypercomments.php from cpanel.
on first few lines, i replaced wp-content with bl.
bl is name given by security plugins to default directory of wordpress.

It installs successfully but above errors when I try to configure the plugin.
My wordpress directory is different (not using default names to prevent hacks).
I created uploads folder with 777 permissions in wp-content but not solving my issue.
