Unable to clear cache

I am using your plugin on a number of websites and am finding that unless I delete your plugin all posts and content is cached. Even if I clear your clearfy cahe I still do not see the changes. I have to close the browser and restart. I have this issues on sites using Elementor. I have also tried disabling any other cache such as lightspeed, kinsta or w3total and this does not make a difference. The only fix is to disable your plugin and then the updated posts display. Clearing the cache in clearfy doesnot work. The websites in question are using WordPress 5.1.1. Is your plugin compatible? Some are using php 7.1 and others are using 7.2. I really love your plugin but this is causing big issues.
