    Hi MultiDots Team,

    I am unable to add an attachment to any order even though it has been uploaded and set in the product details, I have attached screenshots to verify my problem.

    MultiDots Support

    As you can see with the images, it is allowed on the variation and order status but will not show up, and instead shows an empty text box.

    Can you help me?
