Unable to Activate WPtouchpro version 4

Hi There,

I have downloaded and activated the WPtouch 4 for the mobile site (the free version) and then I paid for an extended multiple ads and a theme. I tried to activate the license and I think it’s worked however the upload within the WPtouch mobile plugin keeps saying that the loading failed. So then I downloaded the zip file, which loaded fine – but when I try to activate it, my whole site fails and I keep having to go back into the C-panel to delete it so that I can access my site again.

I’ve paid for it but I cannot use it (and would like to use it), can you please help?
