My website is broken. I cannot view it or access it through the WordPress login. This message was received:
Howdy!
WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Charity Hub.
First, visit your website ([ redundant link deleted ]) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught ([ redundant link deleted ]/wp-admin/) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
The site is hosted on BlueHost and has the following:
WordPress version 7.0.6
Active theme: Charity Hub (version 1.05)
PHP version 8.5.11The Charity Hub theme from Envato is very old.
I want to get to the site as it need major updating. Should I try to completely delete the site from Bluehost and start anew? Any ideas and help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Jim S.
