UN/Password

I have had a WordPress account since forever and was always on automatic login. Today, I had to log in manually and discovered that I was trying to use an incorrect password. When I hit “Forgot password”, I also discovered that my WordPress email address on file there is one that I no longer have and so can not access so I can’t get to whatever WordPress responds with. How can I access WordPress to reset my email and password with an incorrect email address on file there? My now-defunct email on file is xxxxxxx@BajaPropertiesMX.com and my current email is xxxxxxxxx@AmesGroupUSA.com
