so after a bunch of trial and errors I found out whats the problem. The reCaptcha extensions is not the problem. The problem is whenever I register a new user and no account is logged in it will not save the first and last name of the newly registered account in the wordpress admin and in the email notification the {submitted_registration} is not listed there but when I register a new user and my admin account is logged in, it saves the first name and last name of the newly registered user in the wordpress admin and in the email notification, the {submitted_registration} is listed there.
