When I activate the Ultimate WP Query Search Filter plugin my website styles are messed up. Even if I remove the plugin’s default.css the problem persists. If I look at the source code when the Ultimate WP Query Search Filter plugin is activated the only difference seems to be this line:

    mysitepath/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-wp-query-search-filter?ver=all

When I deactivated the plugin the styles return as normal.

I have tried removing the wp_enqueue_scripts code from the plugin php files but this doesn’t work either.

I can override the issue writing in custom styles but there are a lot of styles affected and it affects every page.

I would welcome any assistance with this issue. Thank you.

Problem seemed to be occurring because I was on localhost. Once I uploaded the site to the live server, the styles loaded correctly.
