Hi all. I just decided to start using Tags. I did this because it is easier for everyone to quickly add or remove a tag than to have edit the post and unselect it. I am using Ultimate Tag Warrior to do this, are there any better options?

I want to do 2 things that I currently cannot. I have posted one of these up on the forum for the Ultimate Tag Warrior, but haven’t heard back yet.

    1. Create a page to display all tags (tag archive). I do this and get an undefined function

    2. I also would like it if you go to a category and then it displays all of the tags within that category.

    Any help would be great.

    1. You’re doing something wrong. UTW does this. If you look in the readme that comes with it, it should give you the php tag to use for the cloud
    2. Tags are not within categories. they are seperate unless I’m missing something. You’ll have to do something manually or create something custom

yeah. the 1st option should be able to be done with UTW. It says to create a template and then create a page calling the function to create the cloud. When I do that, it says the function is undefined.

UTW comes with three plugins. One is the main plugin, another adds legacy functions, and the last one adds the Tag Archive function. You have to activate both the main plugin and the Tag Archive plugin to get the UTW_TagArchive() function.

However, if you want to do clouds, then you just need the main plugin and the UTW_ShowWeightedTagSet* functions.

    wow.

i made sure i had tag archive enabled, but i didnt have the main plugin enabled. I can’t beleive the normal tags worked with only the archive plugin enabled.
