Ultimate member registration form

Hi I am having some trouble with the ultimate member registration form. When clients register they fill out the form including details of their last appointment name and email ect. Where does this form go to once it’s completed so management can verify the name email address and last booking details. I can see that there are 25 clients pending approval but I don’t see the forms that they filled out.
