Ultimate Member – Register

Please make sure that you’ve correctly setup Ultimate member pages in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages. I’m not sure why your registration page redirects to the logout page. Have you set any custom redirects or access settings? Do you have any other membership plugin installed? You can try to do a conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or other plugins. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
