Ultimate Member plugin not working Properly

I have the spacious theme on my site with ultimate member plugin. Problem is the plugin doesn’t display properly on my site so i am contacting you guys for a possible fix. I have done site conflit test and all -no conflict so far- but nothing seems to solve the display issue. The forms work alright but the members display doesn’t. Any help would be deeply appreciated. I have the latest version of plugin though.
