This is probably due to caching, either in your browser or on your server. Can you try in an anonymous browser window?

Thank you for your quick reply. I tried opening in an anonymous browser AND disabling the caching plugin, but that hasn’t fixed it. I also tried downgrading to 3.1.6, but that didn’t work either.
Can you copy the console errors in the browser, by right clicking on the screen, then click “inspect element”, “console”, then copy the errors you see there (instructions for Chrome).
This should tell us more.

Thank you for your instructions. I logged in to Chrome and the UI is working fine there. Using your instructions I looked in the console in Safari, where at first I couldn’t see any messages. Erasing the enabled filters I found the problem: not caching, but a content blocker. Whitelisting my own site solved it. Thank you so much!
Awesome! Glad it’s been resolved!
