No: Update the contents of posts…”

I’m using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin… I want to have it to update the contents of my posts to use the new sizes. In the screenshots for the plugin, I see the option:
“Update the contents of posts to use your new sizes”

as well as a “Delete thumbnails… ”

In my UI (see attached screen shot), I don’t see these UI elements. All I see is the ability to regenerate images, with a red button, not blue ones.

I’ve reinstalled the plugin from the version currently here, and the same result.

If this is removed functionality, does anyone know how I can do this?

Is there some setting I am missing? I really need to have this functionality…
